Your direct debit has now been set up and we will contact you in the next 24-48 hours to confirm set up. If you have questions for us please use the contact us link above or call us on 01453 800100.
Your first payment will be taken in 7-10 days. Payments will then be taken on the first of each month. Your invoice, which will follow in the next few days, will be sent at the beginning of each month. Your membership period will be a minimum of 12 months after which you can give notice of cancellation in writing at any time subject to our 3 month notice period.

The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Outsource Safety Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Outsource Safety Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Outsource Safety Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your Bank or Building Society - If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Outsource Safety Ltd asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
