Expert help when you need it.
Once you join Safety~net our support to you is flexible to give you what you need when you need it. We won't stop supporting you when a monthly amount is exhausted - we know you might not need to call us so much the next month. Need specialist help from another member of our team to cover a new issue? No problem, we're only too happy to help.
No hidden costs.
What you pay is what you pay, we don't like hidden costs and neither do our clients. If we are tackling an issue which takes us beyond our normal level of support we promise to advise you in advance that this is an issue which could incur charges if you want us to roll up our sleeves and really get to work on sorting it, once you're happy for us to proceed we wil agree a budget and stick to it.
Onsite support and assistance.
You will have someone skilled and experienced at the end of a phone with our support but that same person will be the one who comes to site to help you. we don't like call centre culture and we don't have one, your retained consultant
is just that and will always be there when you need them.
No lengthy contract periods.
We don't need to tie our clients into long contracts. Firstly, it's often hard for clients to predict where they will be in 3 or 5 years time, secondly, we don't need to as we retain our clients voluntarily with over 94% still with us after 5 years.
